• Refillable Water Bottles x 3 or Bladder
• Compass
• Signaling mirror

• Space Blanket (large enough to cover body)
• Torch: head torch, with spare batteries
• Waterproof Jacket
• Fleece Hat
• Long Sleeved Top
• Long Trousers or Running Tights
• Personal food
• Emergency Rations in a Sealed Bag
• Foot care Kit - For self-treatment of blisters
• Rehydration Sachets
• Mobile Phone
All competitors must make sure they have all of the above equipment prior to arriving at the Registration Day.
Recommended Equipment:
• Bedding and sleeping bag for tented accommodation (not carried)
